This has been a VERY eventful week! I spent the first couple of days in Columbus, visiting with TAra and working on some songs at the Power Plant. I'm trying to decide how many songs I want to put on the CD...it is getting very expensive. Hopefully, a lot of this money will come back to us someday once the CD is done! I feel like my writing is getting better and it definitely is becoming a lot easier...at least I don't feel like pulling out my hair when I write anymore. I always get a little nervous when I let my friends listen to my songs because it's very personal and I never know how they will take them. A lot of times they will think that it's about one thing when it actually is about something completely different. Some songs are written about the past and I have taken old journal entries and written songs from those. Everyone has their own interpretation of a song and I'm not going to tell them what it's really about. I think that's the wonderful thing about songs...it can mean different things to different people. How many songs do you people think should be on a CD? I'm thinking at least 8. I dunno...we shall see. Let me know what you think.

I got a very exciting call this past Wednesday. Yet another one of my close friends is engaged. I'm very excited and happy for them! I , also am very excited to say that I was asked to be the Maid of Honor!  We have been best friends since the beginning of time!I'm sooo excited...I've never been the Maid of Honor before and I feel soo lucky to have been asked! Yay! I can't wait to look at dresses! Hey, I want to go dress shopping with you!!!! I love weddings!

We had our Valentine's Day party in my dance classes this week! It was fun! We had cookies and exchanged Valentines. I bought Disney Princess Valentines, made little gift bags full of candy, and passed them out! It made me feel like a little kid! It was just like grade school. I came home with sooo much stuff! Well, I hope everyone is doing well!!! Bye for now!

       I had a great weekend!!! I got to see and play a very small part in something I've never done before. My friends got engaged and I was a part of the scheme! This was the most thoughtful and well-planned engagement that I have ever heard of ...EVER! This seriously goes down in the books! He is soo thoughtful and planned the whole night, it went absolutely perfect, and she was soo surprised! I have never seen her so happy! I am so glad that I got to see how excited and surprised she was and also how excited he was when she said "Yes!", more than once I might add. I had no doubt that she wouldn't say yes! This is my first really close friend that has gotten engaged and I have to say that I was pretty emotional about it...in the sense of it makes you come to the realization how much each of you have grown up and it's like we're all starting a new part of our lives. Anyway, it made me excited for my day sometime in the future! Congratulations Josh and Jamie!!!

Last night I went to mass with my family because the service was in honor of my grandmother. I realized how much I still miss her...she's been gone since September of '99, but it still just doesn't seem right without her around. I can't even imagine what it is like for my grandpa...I know he still misses her like crazy. He just never has been the same since she left. Every time the priest said her name I would get a lump in my throat.

On a much lighter note, the recording is going well and I really am very happy with the last song I wrote. I go back next week to start a new song I wrote lyrics for. I really want to get this done, so I can figure my life out!

Hello all! It's been a very long time since I've actually written something on here, so I figured that it's probably time. I hope everyone had a great holiday season! Mine was really nice, but I always get depressed after it's over because it's January and there is absolutely nothing to look forward to. It happens every single year.

This week I started teaching some dance classes at Premiere Dance Studio...the kids are really cute and sweet! I also got suckered into taking some classes there too and they're free, which is the best part! My life hasn't been too incredibly exciting really. I am leaving in a couple days to go to C'bus to work at the Power Plant. I've been trying to finish up 2 songs before next week. I am never satisfied with what I write! I'll write something and be happy with it and then I"ll look at it the next day and hate it, so I'll change it! It's a vicious cycle! I need someone to help me! My brother has been helping me a little, but I hate asking him for too much since his classes just started back up this week. I really hope to finish my demo CD by the end of the month/beginning of February, so Rusty can send it out.  I'm getting really anxious about it because I REALLY need to figure my life out ASAP! Well, I hope everyone is doing well! Leave me some comments please!  

I just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!!! I hope you get everything you wanted!  My Christmas has been LOVELY sooo far!

This is the picture that people gave me so much crap over!! Jonathan (Gaston) blew the picture up and had Ryan (Beast) sign it and gave it to me for closing night. It was embarassing! People kept saying that it looked like I was really in love with him in the picture...well, yeah people it's a play I'm suppose to appear to be in love with him. The show would have completely sucked if we didn't look like we liked each other. I love Ryan in real life, but not in that way people.
